Wishme Posts: 80 Rating: (5)	Dear Yaser, CPU 224XP does not support 'current signal' at its Analog input channels. See the S7-200 System manual. U'll have toconvert 4-20ma into voltage range (that's place resistor inseries of the current signal wire). Give external +24 dc voltage to the gas detector, Connect singla wire to A+, connect resistor of apx. 250 ohm between A+ and M terminal. Vishal J. P.

Greg_E Posts: 88 Rating: (2)	you can use I/U convertor, or to place resistor of 250 ohm that 1-5v or 500 ohm for 2-10v. accordingly do raw data calculating for scaling: for 250ohm's it between 3200-16000, i'v done it already so can tell its working for sure, but if you want more accurate use convertor.
