I think there will be a possiblity to use the Repeaterfor connecting the R-system with HMI panel. But I am not sure.

There is more than a way to link your HMI with redundant system of CPU 315-2 DP. The simplest way will be using MPI ports of the CPU and using an HMI with MPI interface. Please tell us more about your configuration and your HMI available interfaces so we can help you better. Saravana kumar I think there will be a possiblity to use the Y-link for connecting the R-system with HMI panel. But I am not sure. There's no chance at all. It may work if the "HMI" is a pushbutton panel (i.e. has a GSD file). Otherwise, no chance at all. Best regards. H-H

This manual gives the detail about connecting the HMI with H-system, I think you can try the same with R-System. Attachment HMI.zip (189 Downloads)
