Programme erased from MP 277

There was sudden power failure in the panel , and the program downloaded in the MP got erased. I had to download the programme once again in the MP 277. What can be the reason for the erased programme in the MP 277?

By redownloading the program again i solved it but don't know the reason why program got erased? Then i switched off and switch on MP quite a few time but problem disappeared.

What can be the reason for the erased programme in the MP 277? Hello, I do not know the reason. Few weeks ago, the same problem happen to my client with OP37!!! If I remember well, and according to my client words, there was some fluctuations in the power before power failure. After power on the panel again, he found that the program got erased!!! He was lucky that he has a copy of the program. I am not sure what may be the reason that earse the software!!

A backup involves copying the operating system, applications and data from the internal in flash memory of the HMI device to an external storage device.
