ok but my main question is; i have a already a fb block in simatic manager so how will i use that process in subroutine ? there are 36 networks in fb so they have in,out,in-out,stat.thus i wanna use them in microwin what should i do :(

When I work on S7-200 I find out the same problem like you. As Niranjan sad in S7-200 exist only subroutines (FC). You can use IN/OUT tag for static variable, but this map is limited to 36 bytes. So this can be used for small FB. Also some functions for example Positive RLO Edge Detection not worked and has to be done manual.
