WRIT_DBL problem

charon83 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, In my application i have 30 different programs and i create 30 different DB for storing program parameters. Each DB is exactly same and each one has a struct which contains INT,REAL and STRING variables. I dont want to lost my program parameters after restarts so first i try to make all my DB fields retain but 2K is not enough. According to manual we can update our DB's start values by using WRIT_DBL instruction. I have failed to implement this instruction to my program. When i select for example program 1 from touchscreen and change some datas i can observe changes at related DB's monitoring value. When i press save button i have also observe 7000 and 7002 values in my RET output of WRIT_DBL instruction. But my target DB's start values dont update and remain 0.0 . Please correct me if i understand wrong. Does WRIT_DBL instruction write current monitored DB fields to target DB as start values? How can i protect my datas being lost after restarts? Thanks for your helps. ps. i have 1214C CPU and 2MB MMC card.
