Dreamracer Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, I am having a spot of bother with the analogue inputs system to my S7-200. It is four channel all of which are being used using 0-10V. Two inputs float high at 10V the other stays low untill initiated with the third constantly reading. The analogue output from my measurment device at the PLC disconnected gives me 1.103V +/- 0.5mV and is very steady over 100 samples. When this input is connected to the analogue input with the same samples I get 61 at 1.103, 30 at 1.153, 5 at 1.203, 2 at 1.253, 1 at 1.303 and another at 1.403. I have tried numerous things to try and correct this including, checking the screening earth, 0V earth connection check, analogue filter sampling adjustments. None of which have made a difference. The metering of 0-10V seems perfect until connecting to the PLC whereby it varies intermittantly. Help much appreciated.

marwanco62 Posts: 53 Rating: (2)	If you have another power supply, connect all the minus with all M's. On all modules. this was my problem in the past.
