WinCC Flex 2008 SP1 to SP2 Smartservice License

dendhondt Posts: 156 Rating: (7)	Hi, We have a TP370 With a smartservice license The hmi was programmed with WinCC Flex 2008 SP1 Now we have WinCC Flex 2008 SP2 What happens with the smartlicense if we download the program again to the HMI and do an os update? Is it lost then? do we need to reload the license to? I do not have a lot of experience with this kind of license Regards

You must save the License Keys under the following circumstances:  When you install a new operating system.  Before you format the hard disk.  Before you compress the hard disk.  Before you restore the hard disk.  When you start an optimization program that moves fixed blocks.  Before you run a backup / restore procedure.  Before booting.
