Failed to launch Help function (F1) in Step 7!

Karls1 Posts: 139 Rating: (5)	Dear Expert, I have a installed step 7 on my es laptop with window 7 professional platform and my problem is when i press F1 to cal help function in step 7, window help function is come out but step 7 help function .........is failed to launch. so any suggestion please to enable step 7 help function? many thanks!

Which version of STEP 7 is compatible with which version of Microsoft Windows operating system? Best regards
