Basic level regulation of a water tank

I am looking for a solution to make the pump start when the high level is reached and until the low level. Then it would start again as soon as the high level is reached and so on. There must be an easy solution, but after spending hours looking for it, I can"t find it. Thanks in adavance. Gadz
