Problem with negative temperatures

annarouge Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a problem with Logo RTD. I want to measure temperatures from -40°C to 30°C and I have connected a 2 wires PT1000 to Logo AM2 RTD, but at 16°C the value of inputis 00196, at 0°C is 00000 and it remains at 00000 at negative temperatures. I aspect that it becames negative! Am I wrong? How can I measure negative temperatures? Can you help me, please?

Mc Muffin Posts: 495 Rating: (58)	Hello, use an analog amplifier after your analog input. Set in the properties of analog amplifier PT100/PT1000 as type of sensor. Then it should work!
