Lifrasil Bronze Member Joined: 9/29/2005 Last visit: 12/2/2025 Posts: 313 Rating: (24)	hi, yes you can use the ppi cable since you can select the ppi-cable in the PC/PG interface for PC_ACCESS opc-server as access point. see this FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19515496 actual i have no c# opc client by the hand but you should get familiar with help of the EXCEL-VBA-Client of this FAQ. Little more you can see herehttp://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/27058037--> open the MS ACCESS file where you will find an OPC-client programmed from the scratch. should be easy to find ANY opc-client based on c# via google and adapt it to the structure give by the PC-ACCESS opc-server. regards
