Why??? 2) In manual I see three table with Stand, Climatic and Stand. with range -260..1100 C ???? IEC narmative IEC 60751 (2008) describe the one range -200C.....+850C......what is Climatic? what is the range -260.....+1100 ???

It means that you will have the best accuracy if you choose climatic range, but also the smallest range of temp., if you choose large span of range you get smaller accuracy.

At this point I don't understand your question. Pt100 is a temp. variable resistor. You need to feed this resistor with constant current source lets say of 1mA (I don't know exactly the value of siemens ANA module) and you measure voltage on resistor. First you have to subtract bias voltage (voltage at minum temp. range) and then amplify signal (until max temp outputs max signal, if you choose small amplication you can have large range but less precision, and alternatively...). So the range of mesured temp. is purely dependant of bias and gain of operational amplifier, not by pt100 element. However, higher temp. ranges needs pt100 element to also resist higher, to not melt down.
