SINUMERIK 840D not opening NCK 7 PLC 9.

karatas Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have a problem on booting Sinumerik 840D. 7-segment display first "7" and then "9." It continuesly shows. Even I tried to NCK and PLC datas clear it didnt to anything. Problem continue. I couldn't understand what is problem? NCU 710.2 with PLC 317-2DP CF Card: 6FC5840-1YG10-5YA0-Z Thank you for your replies and cooperation in advance.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello..... Its 840Dsl.... How did you clear the NC and PLC ???? Does all the LED's glow ??? S3 (NCK) --> switch OFF and keep to1 and switch ON after 6 appears --> put back position to 0 and green LED should appear S4 (PLC) --- 2-3-2 for 3 seconds PLC clears.... Have loaded your NCPLC archive backups properly. Regards, Prakash

karatas Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	This system was working for 2 years in machine. But now there is a problem and it is not going to operate. Before loading backups I tried to get initial boot position and I did general reset for NCK and PLC. 1) NCK "1" and PLC "3". 2) Power On 3) I wait for STOP LED flashes and SF LED is lit there is no any change. And then system generates "7" and "9." Did I do anything wrong? PS: By the way all LEDs glow. But they are orange.
