Hello, I have two suggestions. 1) First, try to activate wire break dignostic in the parameters of thechannel(should be possible excepted for PTC mode). Using SFB54 you can catch errors in the interrupt OBs. Call the SFB54 within the interrupt OB82 started by the CPU operating system in order to examine the I/O interrupt. For central modules, the buffer AINFO should contain data record 1 In this manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/44240604In chapter 33, the content of that record is described. In the channel specific diagnostic (see chapter 33.3) there is a bit "wire break" for analog input channels. I did not ry it, but could be that it works for you. See chapter 8.3 for the desciption of SFB59. 2)Another way isto read the data record 1, using SFC59, every10 seconds for example. In this manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/44240604 In chapter 7.8 you see how to call the function. |
