My project is about Coal Mill automation using the Cemat V 7 (with PCS 7). This is an addition to the existing PCS7 system having two AS, redundant servers, two clients and one ES. I have to add my new system which contains One ES, one AS and OS PC as a client ( to the existing servers) with Cemat V 7. How to do that? Please give me some suggestions and manual about the Coal Mill automation and Cemat. The new AS isindependent with the existing system, Is it needed to take a shutdown for integration of new system with the existing system.

Mostref Bronze Member Joined: 1/17/2010 Last visit: 11/19/2025 Posts: 77 Rating: (5)	Cemat is the pcs cement library which contais drive function blocks in additon to some other blocks like selection , interlock, PID, measutrinmg bocks that made intendally for cement industry. Cemat also contains standard graphic objects and their related faceplates and cemat bitmaps and standard pictures.
