fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 3054 Rating: (1062)	Hello KaRthickatr I fear you won't be able to get a GSD file for the 6ES7313-6BF03-0AB0 sincethis is a CPU313C-2 PTP PLC and does NOT have an onboard DP Slave port. What you can do though is to add a CP342-5 to it which thenbecomes the DP Slave interface for your PLC and for which you will finda GSD file HERE. I hope this helps
