alexp, according its spec MP177 (front) is classified as IP65http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Code whichseems to merather robust, but the back is only classified IP 20. The question to me is, is there (still) any fluid inside the device? You can either a) order a spare part right now b) send the panel to the manufacturer and ask if it is possible to repair it or c) simply dry it completely I would carefully open the panel without causing further harm to it;let it become completely dry again - may be usea hair dryer. Onlyafter the panel insidehas beencompletely dried, switch on power again and give it a try. A couple of years agoa friendwashed hermobile phone in her washing machine and after it had been dried, it worked again :-) |

Have you allready try a OS-update with option "reset to factory settings"? At this FAQ you can find the instruction how this can be done: How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? |
