314 strange behavior

Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 12/10/2025 Posts: 128 Rating: (3)	i got a 6es73141ae020ab0 with a MC (flash eprom 16kB) a cp342-2, a 3211bl00 and a 3221bl00 install. is there a posibility to have a different program in MC and in CPU? when i upload from cpu, in h/w config it show that my di and do as standard module. then i switch off the cpu and turn the key to stop mode, and switch on again. this time i got a different program. i.e: in my first upload i have fc1, then in my second upload i donot have it but i got fc8. some of the fc is same but with different size, when i look inside the fc code, i found the code is almost the same but with the second upload there are some missing line in several network. Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 12/10/2025 Posts: 128 Rating: (3)	I do not have the source code, in my attachment is what i get in the first upload. anybody have an idea why it has a standard module instead of the part number? also this machine was made in 1999. any chance that at that time being they use an older version of step 7 or may be using lite version which cause what i see in my h/w config?

Helios Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	Hi I think, if you can "save and compile" the HW config without any faults, it must be right. Are you sure, that you download the program to the MC right? In STEP 7 Manager use: PLC --> Download User Program to Memory Card If you use only the Download-butten in the STEP 7 Manager, it can be diferences between CPU and MC....
