i am working on temprature control of furnance application with the help of FB58 PID Block. PID function work fine. But in my application my temprature sensor(2) installed at approximate 4 meter away from furnance. So in pid loop proccess value feedback reached almost after 10 minutes. So due to that reason i have almost +-20% variation according to the setopoint in my loop. Basically in my application i want to set the temprature at the outlet of the drayer and temprture sensor(2) installed at the outlet of the drayer.I have also Temprature Sensor(1) at the inlet of the drayer which is near from furnance, but if i set the temprature according to the inlet side temprature sensor(1) then product temprature not maintain because outlet temprature vaies when prouct material feeding is increased or decreased. So please suggest me how can i control PID loop.
