S7-300 / S7-200 Communication Via EM277 Problem

Dear friends I need your help that I've miss communication between CPU S7-315 2DP and CPU S7-224 that we use EM 277 PROFIBUS-DP Module. We checked the communication cable ,the termination switches of the connectors and the setting of the communication inside the S7-315 2DP program and found to be identical to the backup copy of the original programs that is working since very long time. Also to be certain about any programming changes we downloaded the original copy of the programs to both CPU's. There're other slaves on the PROFIBUS network which are communicating and OK. We changed both EM 277 and CPU 315-2DP without any result. The OB122 is programmed to stop the CPU S7-315 2DP as any module problem exists, I make it empty , the CPU RUNS but there is no communication with EM 277. I checked the adjustments as discussed is pages starting at 439 of S7-200 manual and there is nothing clear for me to be the reason of the problem. Please I need your help as soon as possible. Hi, have you set the PD-Svale address at the EM277 right? The EM277 has two DIP's to set the PD-Slave address (0 ... 99). Hope this help. |

Thanks friend for your reply Yes I did as in the program (98) and switched power off then on to enable the new changes. Best regards |
