Alarm Logging - Current Process Values

Frank Spieldenner Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hi, I seem to be having difficulty with recording the actual current values when an alarm condition occurs. I've created a analog tag, (right out of "Getting Started"), with a lower and upper limit. Analog Tag: TankLevel (Internal tag) Lower Limit: 5 I've added a user text block in the single message that contains the process value. The only value I eversee in the alarm controlis the "5"which is the lower limit. What I'm expecting is any value that triggers the alarm, not the alarm's lower limit setpoint. For example, if the tag's value was a "2", I should see a "2", not a "5". I'm looking for whatever is the current value at the time of the alarm to be displayed. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
