Dear Anit, Please refere S7200 manual for Wiring of RTD and Necessary DIP Switch Setting on Module. Have you checked Following for Scaling library. How can you scale analog values with S7-200 in conjunction with CPU224XP and expansion modules EM 231, EM 232 and EM 235? |

Also good idea would be to check this What are S7-200 Programming Tips and where can I obtain them? Lots of examples on lots of topics. |

thanks Amit_86, Dariusfor your quick reply, I have made all wiring as mentioned in pdf and all DIP sw are off and I am going to check with ITR scale block.

Dear Anit, Please make sure that in scaling block you provide scaling range. (i.e low range 0 and high range 1). |

you mean osh =1.0 and osl =0.0, but were thinking to use RTD temp. range here as I need read temp. |
