Dea All, I've configured a PID loop control for a temperature application. Heater works fine during the PID autotunning tool operation with TIA portal. PID parameters are calculated correctly and everithing is OK but. The problem arises whenPLC is working on the plant. No PWM output is observed despite of all parameters are correct. The temperature is provided by a Real number at the Input connection, not Input_PER.

What is the problem???

how can you prevent the PID Compact controller of the S7-1200 from switching off when the controller is switched off and on againg and in the case of invalid process values?

How do you restart a PID controller that has been stopped because of a scan time error or switch off the scan time monitoring?

Please check the I-mode input and State output , does it have the value 3 or 0
