TomDeWou Platinum Member Joined: 11/15/2006 Last visit: 3/26/2025 Posts: 1319 Rating: (176)	The DCOM should be set as following: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/16503255 If there is still an error message, upload the textfiles from Logfiles folder (open windows explorer, enter %autinstlog%). zip all textfiles, no folders or archive files. I will check the files if you'd like to.

I suggest uninstallation of all SIMATIC software as there's an problem with S7DOS - this isa component used byalmost all SIMATIC products. Therefore, unstall all of them and reinstall. This should solve it. Otherwise contact thecustomer support
