S7-200 program open problem,,,IEC-1171 project

M.Faisal Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	i have S7-200 program, i want to open it but one msg is showing. can not open IEC-1131 Project in current mode. i try to upload program from S7-200 but it is showing same problem during upload. please suggest me ASAP.how can i open th is project?

Hello faisal, i guess you got a success to open the project after Darius post. Actually i faced similar problem few days back and then i found very important difference between simatic and IECprogramming mode. Read my thread in details for more information provided by dariusabove .

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, you need to change the mode for MW. If you have enabled the Simatic mode in MicroWIN then you can not open a IEC project and also in the oposit way. In MW goto Tools/Options/General and select the right mode. This should help. Regards
