OP77a version 1.6.1 back to 1.3.0

I want to transfer a new project to OP77a using WinCC flex 2007, but i can't do it, because the panel have a version 1.6.1 and in WnCC flex 2007 device have a version is 1.3. I have 2 ways. 1. Go back from 1.6.1 to 1.3 (i don't know how) 2. Do small upgrade for WnCC flex 2007 to have possibility to connect toOP77a with version 1.6.1 (i can't use WnCC flex 2008). Please, help me.
