Wishme Posts: 80 Rating: (5)	Dear Sarfraz, For the module MLFB # 6ES7321-1BH10-0AA0, HIGH SPEED means the switching (0 to 1 and 1 to 0 detection)time is higher than other DI modules. It can measure fast switching signals. If u want to use DI module for counting application than u have to calculate the scan time of your CPU program.CPU scan time should be higher than your measured frequency at the input channel. Otherwise some counts will be missed. In comparision to this method, FM-350 has it own processor to measure and store the no. of pulse arrived per second (frequency). So, the CPU does not have tobother about all the processing of the pulses. I hope based on this u are able to make a decision. Thanks, Vishp .

Many thanks for message can i use 6ES7321-1BH10-0AA0 Module with 6ES7315-2EH14-0AB0 CPU315-2PN/DP its processing times as following..???


for bit operations, min.	0.05µs
for word operations, min.	0.09µs
for fixed point arithmetic, min.	0.12µs
for floating point arithmetic, min.	0.45µs
