is S7-PLCSIM V5.4 SP§ compatible with WinCC V6.2?

A.control Posts: 88 Rating: (1)	Dear all, Does anubody know if simulator (S7-PLCSIM ) V5.4 SP3 is compatible with Wincc 6.2? I have this combination but I cannot connect wincc tags to the simulator. any help is appreciated. Best Regards,

The "MPI" connection between the simulating module and "WINCC" is the easiest one.Please provide snapshots of your tags, connection parameters and hardware configuration of S7 project. simple23 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	hi, change your connection settings under wincc explorer/tag management/simatic S7 protocol suite,, in the right window choose which connection you used and right click,, ex.industrial ethernet to acces system prameter,, click unit tab input logical device name with plcsim(iso) hope it will help
