How to update firmware

I have CPU 416 -2DP (2XN05-OAB0) having firmware 5.1 version but i have project back up of firmware 5.3 .so when i retrived new back up in simatic manager charts are not showing and in HW configuration als CPU is not displaying. So any one plz tell me how to update firmware to 5.3
