Depending on the size, low cost HMI would be one that uses the portal software (since you would already have that for the s7-1200 plc). You can add it to your plc project and pick the size and screen that meets your needs. KTP600 basic color is pretty nice and not too expensive. If you need buttons and not touch screen, there is the tiny 3" KP300 if you are using a later version of the portal software.
