Hi all.

I have the next problem. We have in ethernet network 2 s7 1200 PLCS, TP1200 HMI panel and single Modbus TCP device. We want connect TP1200 panel to all of them, but when I create connections for S7 1200 controllers and than add Modbus TCP Connection to HMI, TIA portal generate next error - "Invalid connection configuration. This combination of protocols is not permitted" so as i understood the communication on Ethernet interface with different protocols are impossible, can we hope that this restriction will be solve in future version of software or no?

Also the TIA portal give me possibility to add on Ethernet interface AllenBreadly IP protocol with existing S7 1200 connections so there are no technical restrictions to implement other IP protocols as i see.
