CNC 840 - installed encoder - it generates alarm 25022

Regards, Parão. Hello... Your 840D is connected with MMC103/PCU50 ??? if you have Simatic Step7 software installed in it you can view the same on screen itself.... Does it is commissioning machine / your installing the encoder now ??? Without simatic step7 it is diffiicult how the logics are written need to be seen first if it is running machine... or in PLC status you can physically force the bit and make the changes accordingly..
