MP370 Datalog to csv file on server and trend view

dendhondt Posts: 156 Rating: (7)	Hi We have an S7 PLC with an MP370 connected with profibus The MP370 is connected to the company network with ethernet The MP370 saves every 15 minuts a integer value into a log file (csv) on the server. There are +- 20 logs each log has 10 log files there is also a trending of every log the trending uses the files on the server This works good but after doing a change in the MP370 panel (add an alarm), and downloading to the panel the connection to the server isn't working well . we have one of the logs that totaly isn't working, the log files have disapeared of the server. after a second time checking the MP370 programm for problems in the log parameters and downloading, all the logs don't work In the log file coms every 15 minuts "RT_OFF date time and some values" after doing this we also had problems with other log systems(No plc systems) on the server ???? Somebody has an idee?

Does your logging starts automatically with runtime ? Check if you can correctly 'see' panel on the network. Review all points from this FAQ How do you integrate an HMI operator panel into a local network? Also, do you have project before changes which was working correctly ?

dendhondt Posts: 156 Rating: (7)	answer to this problem, The file that has an error was opened while transfering the HMI project, and on startup of the HMI it checks the files, and gives an error, made a backup of file
