Error 27001 Help

Nick S Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	Hi I am getting an error as follows: 27001 Axis X1 error in crosscheck code 44 values NCK 920 drive 5544 After looking up the code I believe it means that the two systems are differing on what they believe to be the correct position. This machine lost the NC data when the battery died so how do I reset the NC to match the actual data or am I wrong? Thanks Nick

The Data form Axis are not set in the Saftydata . you have to read in a NC Archive from the data protection if you haveone

MBA Posts: 594 Rating: (79)	yes pl means powerline on pl are the softkeys different (if i remember correctly are this softkeys in the Drives area) but in the Diagnosis Screen you should have a softkey SI SERVICE use this for diagnosis you system did you have only this one error ?

I think maybe the problem is that this machine was idle for a long period of time. In that time the x axis was moved manually so it does not tie up with the safety data any more is that possible? If so how do I reset the safety data so that it is in line with the drive data again? Thanks Nick
