KTP 400 BASIC MONO PN

Rudrani Posts: 163 Rating: (4)	Hello, I have KTP 400 basic mono PN. There is problem with this devise, that when i click on transfer or control panel or start, CONTROL PANEL window appears, but I am not able select any option under it. Can it be the problem related to touch calibration?........ I tried to download another prgramme, but it failed as I can't select transfer option. Also I tried to reset it to factory default, but when i say device status in that dialoue box, message occurs that please boot device and gives connection error. pls, help......... regards, rudrani

I have done the OS update from TIA PORTAL V11. but still there is problem with its touch detection. for eg if i want to select any button, then i have to press just above that button. I am not able to undertand how to do its touch calibration....or is this device is faulty?..... regards, rudrani

They had problems with touch. I can suggest to update firmware of the device and if it will not help then contact with your Siemens dealer and try to return it for replacement. I did that 2 or 3 times with KTP400 and KTP600 devices.
