The ideia is to preventhaving OB34 and 35 running in the same single cycle of OB1, so the CPU cycle time should be taking in account, but to start I would figure out how long takes to process OB34, and add for OB35 some extra miliseconds in the phase-offset. Could not OB34 have less code/block callsinside?

EDL AUTOMATION Posts: 51 Rating: (24)	You can able to Diagnose your field slave and able to find the particular faulty slave, In Hardware Config --> Open Station Online ---> find the particular slave faulty and try to do the necessary remedy for the slave to recover from the fault . or you can isolate the faulty slave and you can check the system sometime, for error free operation is ok, if confirms then try to correct the faulty slave module.

If your profibus cable is placed near one or more motor cables it 's likely you are experiencing an emc problem . Emc troubles caused by motor lines are induced magnetically hence a copper shield doesn't help at all. To solve such problems efficiently you need a shield working magnetic like iron or steel or at least a greater distance between motor lines and comm lines. That means two different cable routes. (sorry but emc often costs some money.) Well at least yu can try to run the profibus line a different way far away from the motor lines to check ... Good luck
