KTP 600 Basic Mono PN hanged UP!!!

Vincent.L Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I try to use TIA portal v11 to load a program to KTP 600 Basic Mono PN After the computer connected to the touch panel, before loading the program TIA portal ask me to "update" the touch panel version, then I click yes Then the TIA portal download something to the touch panel and then the touch panel reboot And now....It stays at the initial page forever and shows " This device contains Free Software, see OP properties in the control Panel for details KTP600 Basic mono PN (STN) bootloader v1.32 (2011-03-25) MAC: 00-1C-06-09-11-88 " Can anyone help me on this issue? luzkov Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Found a solution to the problem. 1. Please note settings Start - Control Patel - Set PG/PC Interfaces S7ONLINE! 2. In Simatic Pro Save insert real IP and set IP in your PC. Example Pro Save IP - 192.168.0.2 PC IP - 192.168.0.100 Massk - 255.255.255.0. 3. In OS update set - Reset to factory settings. 4. Open Image. 5. In HIM power off!!! 6. click Update OS. 7. And in Him set powwer on. 8. wait.
