Dear All,

FM 452 card goes to fault mode with external fault indication. Every time fault will get reset by power recycling.

I have enclosed the fault msg your reference

Indications

1. Extf (red) LED in FM 452 module glows and process stops.

Normally this used to reset immediately with power recycling of CPU rack.

We have taken following preventive actions.

1. FM 452 card replaced.

2. New cable replaced.
