Hi

i m using standart pid controller (fb58) to control the flow with motor speed control in a pasteurizer control. I m a little hardening to set the pid parameters. When i m searching this forum, i met with "PID Self-Tuner V5" and wondered if it will help me with this?

Can anyone inform me aboutPID Self-Tuner V5, what is this used for,will it help me?

Please read the manual carefully before even ordering the
product.It is not really difficult to use but it is really tricky.
If you follow the provided samples,CPU set the Tuner to manual.
For the first optimization you set "Man_on" to "False" and
"Adapt1st" to "True".Select proper set point and wait until
the set point reached and analyze the parameters if they
are satisfactory.Further optimization is possible by using
"Adapt_on".

you are right.i m using fb58 for temp control and fb41 for other pid controols.

i also read "PID Self-Tuner V5" manuel, but couldnt understand how its working. all i need is someone who

uses it and maybe explains it in a easy way, maybe a small comparison according to fb41 usage, maybe

with printscreens.
