Screen Not apper in 810T GA3 CNC

Magesh Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi to All, we have a 810T GA3 Model CNC, while power up the cnc initializing screen apper after that in becomes blank . i think cnc lost the data , we have a backup but we dont know how to reload , kindly give the procedure to reload the data .. thanks in advance ......

If its not then you are not follow right way so please press contineu eyeball key press & then start nc you get display after it you follow process

Intial clear mode screen also apper (in german language) . but soft keys and alpha numeric keys not working(that means key boards malfunctioning when i press right arrow button screen shows 7).whether it is hardware issue or sowtware issue ... kidly give ur feedback....
