KTP600 Basic onscreen keyboard defaults to capitals uppercase

maynyrd Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Using a KTP600 Basic HMI panel, I've found that when the onscreen keyboard pops up, it starts in uppercase capital letter mode like the caps lock is on or shift has been pressed. I would like the keyboard to stay in lower case letter mode until shift is pressed. Can it be configured that way?

maynyrd Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Tweety, I loaded a newer image: v11.00.02.05_01.04 but I don't know if this is the newest. I looked around on this site an google but I couldn't find anywhere to download the image. This one is the one that TIA loaded. The version that came on the KTP600 was v11.00.02.00. I noticed since the last post that when I exit the runtime and go into the profinet settings inside the control panel, that when I click on device name, the onscreen keyboard pops up in lower case. When I return to my HMI program and click on something that pops up a password request, the keyboard shows up with upper case letters. Wayland

Ican reproduceyour described behaviour with my Basic Panel. You can not change how the keyboard pops up. You must use the shift button on your keyboard, then you can switch between lower case and upper case letters. Tweety
