The configuration is not so complicated. I would be surprised if HWConfig connot be able to calculate the time due to complexity.

Description of Error:

With the maximum blocking time for priority classes>15, which results from the given configuration, it is not possible to adhere to the F monitoring times.

All the times output are invalid.

To Correct or Avoid Error:
Remedies if calculation of max. blocking time for priority classes >15 is not possible
If no recommendation results from the calculation of the max. blocking time for priority classes >15 you can remedy this by various measures:

·Reduce the watchdog interrupt cycle of the watchdog interrupt configured.

·For particularly high TTR times, distribute the slaves over several DP master systems.

·Increase the transmission rate on the relevant DP master systems.

·Configure the DP/PA links and Y links in separate DP master systems.

·If the DP slaves have very different switch-over times and thus (generally) great variations in TPTO, distribute these slaves over several DP master systems.

·If only a small load is to be expected in the individual DP master systems as a result of interrupts or parameter assignment, you can also reduce the TTR times obtained by approx. 20% to 30%. However, this will increase the risk of a station failure occurring in the distributed I/O.

·Time TP15_AWP indicates a reference value; this depends on your program structure. You can reduce it by means of the following measures, for example:

-Store data that is frequently modified in different DBs to data that is modified less often.

-Specify a smaller amount of working memory for the DBs.

Reducing the time TP15_AWP without taking the measures stated increases the risk of the update being aborted due to expiry of the monitoring times.
