i use840D sl CNC system. i need one Signal to axis/spindle (PLC → NCK). Signal should be set Reference Point for axis. Normally i used this signal on s7-1200 with CU320 and telegram 111.

But i didn't find like signal on 840d Sl. i searched "DB31 -61Signals to axis/spindle (PLC→NCK)" on DOConCD [840D Manufacturer Service /Lists (2nd Book) / Interface Signals / Interface signals of the PLC application interface / Signals from/to axis/spindle (PLC->NCK) (DB 31–DB 61)]..

if i find this signals, i'll use a M code on this sub program(on NC). after this m code will trigger(SR) to this signals(on PLC). and axis encoder values will be zero(on NC and HMI).

i have turret punch machine and i use siemens 840d sl. X axis, Y axis, Turret Axis and C Axis. C axis is controliing by index stations.

i have three index stations on my machine. Machine is controlling these stations with 1/10 gears. When the index tool is selected, index system is locked and C axis is runnig(range:360 degree). Unfortunately mechanical is not same between index stations. So that i want to control different zero positions C Axis each index tool. if i set C axis reference point on PLC, i can use this signal in toolchange subprogram.
