PCU50.3 hard drive image backup problem

I'vetriedtostartGhost underDOSfromNortonGhostFloppywithUSBsupportbutIcan'tfindDOS driversformyexternalUSBharddrive (320GB USB HDD has two partitions NTFS and FAT32). IknowIcantake out HDD from PCU50,connectittoanothercomputerandthanI suppose I will be able to restore HDD from filesI'vecreatedwithsiemespreinstalledsoftware, right?. Anyway it could take too much time (time is money).

SteveJ Posts: 328 Rating: (29)	Dear Sir You are right, PCU50.3 does not have a pre-installed DOS operating system. So, there is no service tools menu in the conventional sense. What you need to do is create a bootable USB memory stick using the service centre that you have already seen on thew Xp desktop. Be warned, you will need a sandisk USB stick, check the readme files. Once this USB disc is created you can boot from it and create your backup. Regards SteveJ
