PI tuning of 6RA24 drive

onur özcan Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello i am dealing with PI tuning of 6RA24 drive. I aim to minimize P023 set and actual difference value by adjusting P225 and 226 (proportional gain and integral time). A mill roll is driven and speed fluctiation is so important. Could you advice abou PID tuning of 6RA24? I tried P51: 26 speedself tuning but didt work. Best regards

Best regards Hello , See if you can try "Adjustment according to Chien/Hrones/Reswick" which discussed in section 9.3.2 of "Controlling With Simatic".It is adjustment based on analyzing a step force process reaction curve.
