Smart Access Licences not registering

How ever when we transfer the smart access licence to the HMI it continues to display the "licence not found for Smart Access" We can see the licence on the HMI and ALM says the licence is OK but the HMI just doesnt see it. What are we doing wrong Tina

Perhaps you can make a screenshot of the Automation License Manager, showing the license on the panel. What is the version of WinCC flexible? Best regards, Wizard
