Profibus S7-1200 and S7-300 retain words

So, my transfer areas on S7-1200 is Q1..Q32 - length 32 Byte I1..32 - length is 32 Byte On S7-300 i use GSD file for CM module and I use reversed area I1..I32 - 32 Byte Input Q1..Q32 - 32 Byte output When I write something to word IW2 on s7-1200, that is QW2 address on s7-300, and reverse, when I write something to word IW2 on s7-300 that is QW2 on s7-1200. Is that right? How I can make this words, bits... to be ratain??? Is there any sample code for comunnication between S7-1200 and s7-300, or some other device via PROFIBUS
