After every 10-12 days KTP 1000basic color DP HMI´s screen goes blank(as if it is switched off)

Damayanti Posts: 148 Rating: (3)	Dear Tweety sir, I have KTP 1000basic color DP HMI. After every 10-12 days, its screen goes blank(as if it is switched off). After power recycle it comes back. It doesn,t come back after touch, so needs to turn off and then turn on the supply. We replaced the HMI and placed new one. still problem is not resolved. Please help. Control panel--->screen saver---->"0"min thanks in advance. Warm regards, Damayanti Bhapkar
