In one of the project we are are using S7-400PLC with Wincc V 7.0 now some of the data in MODBUS TCP IP Should be read, this data is from Delta ES2 series PLC with Gate way RS 485 to MODBUS TCP IP Model IFD9506 Now we are unable to read the data values in wincc but when we use the MODSCAN32 we can able to see all the Delta PLC Data.Let us know the Modbus TCP IP Protocal configuration details for the Delta PLC in wincc V 7.0.

Thanks for giving the replay, we also tryied by changing the CPU to all modes but still the communication is not established we close winncc & run the MODSCAN32 all the Data can be seen in Modscan but in winncc it is not replecting. Is there is any other settings or Updates let us know.
