Issue with Scaling Analog input

Tareq_azan Posts: 2 Rating: (1)	Hey all, Im using CPU 222 CN and analog input Module EM231 CN it uses full scale of 32,000. I want to Scale the reading to the TD400 screen. I looked around here but i still didnt get it right. my range of temperature would be from 0 C to 180 C Thanks

dchartier Grandmaster Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 12481 Rating: (2722)	Hello Tareq; Start by studying the contents of this FAQ: How can you scale analog values with S7-200 in conjunction with CPU224XP and expansion modules EM 231, EM 232 and EM 235? Then download the sample program TIP0038 and integrate it in your own program for your application. Once you have scaled the temperaqture input (from 0-20 mA to 1-180 degrees) then display the scakled value to the TD. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
